About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage a cleaning team for a range of Mitie clients. Responsibilities include recruitment and development of staff, maintaining service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning delivery.
Responsibilities
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to meet service standards.
* Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff.
* Ensure staff adhere to task schedules and Health & Safety procedures.
* Distribute uniforms and monitor cleanliness standards.
* Manage inventory of cleaning materials and order stocks as necessary.
* Address issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* Reliable, hardworking, with a professional attitude.
* Ability to work independently to a schedule.
