Head of B2B Performance and Contract Management
Join Ecotricity as the Head of B2B Performance and Contract Management and lead our B2B & Microtricity portfolio, driving profitability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
* Own the B2B performance and contract management roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and cost‑effective, compliant, and market‑competitive services.
* Lead the transition to proactive performance improvement, embedding a culture of evidence‑based decision‑making: partner with senior leaders to define key KPIs, establish clear links between operational performance and financial outcomes, and design senior leadership governance.
* Provide facilitation and decision‑making frameworks, ensuring outcome & value focus across the organisation.
* Develop and manage a comprehensive plan for B2B third‑party relationships and suppliers, building trust and alignment with wider business leadership.
* Influence cross‑functional transformation initiatives (e.g. Salesforce improvements, demand management projects) to enable performance gains.
* Oversee the creation of a central insight and analytics hub, prioritising and governing analytics demand.
* Deliver performance reporting and toolsets that drive operational performance across all B2B functions and processes.
* Oversee workforce management framework development, inclusive of reports, toolsets, and governance practices.
* Design and implement reporting frameworks and service‑level agreements to monitor people, processes, and contracts against delivery.
* Ensure quality assessment and regulatory compliance within B2B operations, escalating issues and driving continuous improvement in commercial arrangements.
* Lead, coach, and inspire two senior manager teams (Insight & Analytics Hub; Frameworks & Governance), building capability and fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and challenge.
* Cross‑promote the company brand and purpose with other business leads.
Staff & Budgetary Responsibility
Line management responsibilities with associated budgetary oversight.

* Highly motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines across multiple initiatives.
