We’re partnering with a fast-growing, social-first creative agency looking for a Director of Growth to accelerate their expansion in the UK market.
The Role
A high-impact, commercially focused position where you’ll:
* Build pipeline, open doors, and convert opportunities into revenue
* Work closely with senior leadership to shape UK growth strategy
* Play a key role in establishing the agency as a major player in London
* Bring pace, energy, and a strong commercial mindset
Build Pipeline
* Identify and unlock new opportunities with UK brands
* Develop a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects
Own Outreach
* Lead outbound efforts through networking, introductions, and targeted outreach
* Build relationships with senior marketing decision-makers
Drive Opportunities
* Qualify briefs and focus on the right opportunities
* Lead early conversations and shape them into compelling pitches
Collaborate with Leadership
* Partner with strategy, creative, and production teams to position work commercially
* Contribute to how the agency presents itself in the UK market
Create Momentum
* Bring urgency and energy to new business efforts
* Help drive the agency’s commercial growth forward
What They’re Looking For
* 5–7 years’ experience in growth or new business roles (agency side)
* Commercially sharp with a track record of converting conversations into revenue
* Confident leading early-stage pitch discussions
* Background in social, creative, digital, or production-led agencies
* Proactive, persistent, and motivated by the chase
* A self-starter who thrives on momentum, not maintenance
