All teaching staff at Ladybridge have a generous allocation of non-contact time: typically, 20%, which is double the legal minimum requirement. Teaching staff also have a flexible working afternoons once per fortnight. This ensures that our staff have the time to carry out their role to the highest possible standard, whilst having a genuine work‑life balance.
