Resident Access Advisor needed in South west London Paying £22.86 per hr ref 005482 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for residents regarding housing, revenues, and benefits queries. Provide expert advice on Council Tax, including billing, recovery, and enforcement up to Attachment of Earnings. Handle enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring excellent customer service. Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to resolve complex cases. Promote digital access and self-service options where appropriate. Maintain accurate records and comply with data protection regulations. Ideally Proven experience in Revenues and Benefits, with a focus on Council Tax recovery processes. Knowledge of enforcement stages, including Attachment of Earnings Orders.
