The Opportunity An established and highly regarded Family Law team is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (with Higher Rights) to join its Northampton office.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Managing your own varied family law caseload
2. Advising clients with sensitivity, clarity, and confidence
3. Undertaking your own advocacy
4. Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
5. Developing your skills in negotiation, communication, and case strategy
What We’re Looking For
6. Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (Higher Rights)
7. Minimum 2 years PQE
8. Experience in family law, ideally private children work
9. Legal Aid experience desirable but not essential
10. Confident, proactive, and client-focused approach
11. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for family law
12. Comfortable running your own cases and diary
