Your role Enterprise Infrastructure underpins the firms desire to adopt an agile and cost-effective usage of underlying Enterprise infrastructure. Our infrastructure provides best-in-class foundations and enables our stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions and services to the firm and our clients. The Enterprise Infrastructure team within the wider Cloud Infrastructure team will focus upon operational day to day support, maintenance, service management and project deliverables within the following core technical solutions - Identity Mgmt. - Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Entra & SSO. Server Mgmt. - Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, Windows and Red Hat Servers. Inf Mgmt. - Infoblox DNS & DHCP, F5, Nutanix. Expectations of Role Responsible for day-to-day operational technical support of infrastructure solutions and ongoing maintenance and updates. Responsible and required to managed service requests, incidents and coordinate technical changes and technical response to reported outages. Demonstrate technical proficiency, analytical working practices and alignment to service delivery processes with alignment to ITIL best practice. Championing an evergreen, continuous improvement of technical solutions, adhering to our security and vulnerability response management. Input subject matter expert knowledge and experience, seeking to continuously improve service. Adhering to and develop our working practices and active knowledge sharing across the entire function. Capable of flexing approach as required from leading technical investigations to management and co-ordination of tasking and technical planning. Engagement and collaboration with third-party suppliers, ability to communicate to stakeholders at different levels. Working closely alongside Cloud Operations and Cloud Platform engineers to provide a seamless, harmonised service, supporting our stakeholders to delivery technology services. Your experience Experience of operational technical support, at varying levels. Operational Infrastructure support; with at least 3 years' experience. Technical experience and knowledge across following solutions - Identity services, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, MIM, GPO, SSO. Windows and Linux Server OS, DNS, Storage, MS SCOM & SCCM, Certificate mgmt. Microsoft Azure Platform, including IaaS, PaaS and infrastructure services. Automation experience in - Powershell, Bash, Ansible, DevOps, ARM, BICEP code. What are we looking for Individual seeking to learn and extend their technical knowledge and impact.
