We're looking for an experienced
Production Manager
to join a busy electrical panel assembly business. You'll lead a team, plan production schedules, liaise with transport, and ensure customer deliveries are on time and in full.
What you'll do:
* Manage production schedules and team performance.
* Drive process improvements and lean manufacturing practices.
* Ensure quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
* Coach and develop your team.
What you bring to the team:
* Minimum of 5 years in a production management role
* Hands-on experience with electrical panel wiring and assembly.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
* Lean Manufacturing knowledge
* Full driving licence.
