Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Pre-Construction Manager on a 6 month contract based in Manchester. Role Summary Pre Construction Manager - To lead and coordinate all pre-construction activities associated with the development and execution of Gas Terminals or Above Ground Installations (AGIs), ensuring seamless transition into the construction phase. The role involves managing design finalization, planning, procurement alignment, risk assessments, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and early works to ensure the project is execution-ready.
