Days & Hours: 3 Support Worker roles available for days, nights and weekends.
Support Worker 1 Term Time Mon 8pm-8:15am, Fri 8pm-8:15am and Sun 8am-8:15pm = 36.75 hrs a week
Support Worker 1 School Holiday 2 extra Tues & Wed 8am-4pm = 44.75 hrs a week
Average of 38.75 hrs per week
Support Worker 2 Term time Wed & Sat 8pm-8:15am = 24.5 hrs a week
Support Worker 2 Holiday Tues & Fri 8am-4pm = 40.5 hrs a week
Average of 28.5 hrs per week
Support Worker 3 Term Time and Holiday Tues & Thurs 8pm-8:15am, Sat 8am-8:15pm = 36.75 hrs a week
Pay: £14.50 days, £15.50 weekends, Sleep in Nights £NLW (currently £12.21 for aged 21+), Bank holidays at 1.5 x the hourly rate.
Driver required? Essential
Driving Clients Car? Yes, Wheelchair adapted vehicle, automatic.
Using Own Vehicle for work purposes? Yes, on duty and to attend training
Essential: Supporting young adults in their own home. Supporting adults with Cerebral Palsy
Desirable: Experience working with young adults with trauma and an interest in therapy

We are looking for an experienced support worker to make a real difference in someone's life.
Introducing Hannah, a bright, intelligent young woman born in 2005, with a strong interest in learning and a love for staying active. She lives at home with her close-knit family and shares a close relationship with her brother.
Hannah has a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy which affects all four limbs. She uses an AAC Grid 3 for communication, and you will need to allow her time to answer questions that are posed.
About The Role
As Support Worker, your primary focus will be to support Hannah in living a full, active, and fulfilling life. You will play a key role in helping her maximise her independence and reach her potential, while ensuring you deliver her care and support to a high standard.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting with Hannah's daily living
* Promoting Hannah's learning, wellbeing, and independence both at home and in the community
* Ensuring all care provided is safe, effective, and person-centred
