Whether you're from a scientific background looking for a regulatory support role, or an experienced administrator seeking a new challenge, you bring a positive and reliable approach to your work.
About the Role

You will also support general administrative duties and sample booking across QC and bespoke projects.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build or grow a career within the cosmetic regulatory, chemistry or scientific administration field.

* Receive, review and process client‑supplied technical documentation including formulas, raw material specifications, ingredient listings, COAs, allergen data and label artwork.
* Upload, format and maintain documentation within internal regulatory systems with exceptional accuracy.
* Ensure all information required for global regulatory compliance checks, label assessments, SDS creation and CPSR production is complete and up‑to‑date.
* Liaise with clients professionally to request missing information or clarify technical details.
* Prepare information and completed reports received from the Regulatory Safety Assessors for onward submission to Clients.
* Book incoming samples into the LIMS/internal tracking systems for QC testing, bespoke projects, waters and swabs.
* Track sample status, confirm associated documentation and ensure correct routing to internal teams.
* Support the Client Support Coordinator team by maintaining trackers, shared inboxes and reporting tools.
* Respond professionally to client enquiries, providing timely and accurate updates.
* Identify opportunities to improve document, data‑management and workflow efficiency.
* Contribute to maintaining a quiet, organised and professional office environment.
* Follow all health & safety policies and support a "safety first" workplace culture.
