ROLE: Domiciliary Care Worker
LOCATION: Ilkley & Pudsey, West Yorkshire
HOURS OF WORK: Working full time shifts, hours varying between 7am-7pm, working 5 days across a 7-day shift rota
SALARY: £12.22 - £13.00 per hour dependant on experience, minimum of 10 hours paid

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced DOMICILIARY CARE WORKER to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will support service users to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Assist with medication in line with care plans and training
Support with meal preparation and light household tasks
Provide companionship and emotional support
Promote independence and wellbeing
Accurately complete care records and report any concerns
Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care role
Mandatory care training (including Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, First Aid, Infection Control, etc.)
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Right to work in the UK
Experience working with elderly or vulnerable adults
