Education / SEN Solicitor – Locum Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Education / SEN Solicitor for a locum position with a well-regarded local authority legal team. This flexible opportunity offers remote or hybrid working and can be structured as full-time or part-time to suit the right candidate.
1. Start Date: September 2025
2. Duration: Ongoing assignment
3. Working Pattern: Full-time or part-time
4. Location: Hybrid or fully remote options available
5. Hourly Rate: Negotiable, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
6. Provide legal advice and representation in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and general education law matters
7. Handle casework involving Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), tribunals, and judicial reviews
8. Collaborate with internal teams, schools, and external partners
