You will lead on the negotiations of complex commercial agreements, often relating to the practical side of the business including warehousing, logistics and supply chain. You will advise on matters relating to selective distribution and you will work closely with IP and marketing.About YouIdeally, you will have broad general commercial experience gained in-house, although experience acting for consumer, retail, FMCG and fashion brands in private practice will also suit. Supply and distribution experience is key. Any Competition experience would also be welcome.
