Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups
2. Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
3. Provide additional support to students with SEND, EAL, or behavioural needs
4. Help to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
5. Monitor and record student progress where required
6. Support classroom management and behaviour strategies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
7. Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
8. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. A genuine passion for education and supporting student development
11. Flexibility to work across different schools and settings
12. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
