The Opportunity: This is a key senior leadership role where you’ll help shape a high-performing, inclusive, and people-first culture. Working closely with the Chief People Officer and the wider leadership team, you’ll deliver a fresh, agile, and impactful people strategy that supports MS3’s growth and transformation Key Responsibilities Deliver a people-first, high-performance culture Lead on talent, engagement, reward, D&I, wellbeing, and ESG Partner with SLT, ELT, and investors to align people strategy with business goals Use data and automation to drive continuous improvement Coach leaders and manage the full employee lifecycle What We’re Looking For Strong HR leadership and UK employment law knowledge SLT/ELT-level influence and coaching skills Passion for doing HR differently—creative, curious, and people-focused Data-driven mindset and process improvement experience Desirable CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience Experience supporting employment tribunals Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting Why MS3?
