Repairs Administrator (P01822)Fixed Term Contract (12 months)Starting salary £28,426pa with potential progression to £30,324pa on achieving designated skills and experience37 hours per week (08.45am to 17:15 Monday to Thursday & 16:45pm on Friday)We are looking for a Repairs Administrator to join our small and friendly team within Housing Repairs Contact Centre Team to provide outstanding customer service to our tenants and leaseholders.We are looking for someone with a true customer focus, an understanding of what great customer service involves and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.You will be working closely with our long-term partnering contractors – Morgan Sindall to maximise customer satisfaction and achieve value for money. Working with colleagues and contractors to ensure delivery of a first-class responsive repairs service.Your main focus will be dealing with customer calls and emails within a fast-paced environment covering responsive repairs, planned works and other housing related services. You will deliver a comprehensive, caring, sympathetic and understanding approach especially when dealing with vulnerable customers.Customer service experience is essential, providing exceptional commitment for the Tenants, Leaseholders and customers of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.
