Randstad Education is recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants across Merseyside. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Responsibilities
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to provide support during lessons
* Provide general support to the class teacher, such as setting up the classroom for lessons
* Support pupils with SEN and develop strategies to best support their needs
* Liaise with the class teacher and any other relevant professionals to discuss pupil progress
* Provide additional support with lunch and break duties where needed
* Report any concerns to the SENCo
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a school or similar role
* Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness)
* Experience with SEN (desirable)
