Job Title: Nursery Practitioner
Location: Cardiff, Cardiff
Salary: £92.59 per day (DOE)
Our client, a leading specialist provider, is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant nursery in Cardiff. This full‑time role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Nursery Practitioner will work closely with the Class Teacher to support childrens development and well‑being, ensuring high standards of care and education. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of high‑quality early years education in a nursery setting in Cardiff.
* Work in partnership with the Class Teacher to create a nurturing, inclusive environment.
* Assist with daily routines, including personal care and classroom activities.
* Promote positive behaviour and support childrens social and emotional development.
* Ensure the safety and well‑being of all children at all times.
* Contribute to planning and organising activities that stimulate learning and development.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting in Cardiff.
* Ability to provide personal care and support childrens individual needs.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of early years curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
* Flexibility to work full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
* A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare is preferred.
