About the Role
As a Paid Search Manager, you will plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns to drive high‑quality traffic, maximise conversions, and support revenue growth. You’ll manage budgets, refine targeting strategies, and apply data‑driven insights to enhance performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, aligning efforts with business objectives and ensuring a measurable ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other platforms, including keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy, ad copy development, and A/B testing.
* Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimise budgets for maximum ROAS, and implement automation, AI bidding strategies, and performance‑enhancing tactics.
* Track and report KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and SA360, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align paid search efforts with broader marketing and business goals, supporting ad creative and landing page optimisation.
* Stay current with paid search trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, testing new formats and channels to drive innovation.
The Person
* Experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
* Strong knowledge of keyword planning, audience targeting, and campaign management.
* Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and SA360.
* Track record of managing budgets effectively and meeting campaign goals.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across teams and with clients.
* Proactive learner, staying informed about digital advertising changes.
* Understanding of relevant industry regulations and advertising standards is a plus.
