We are a small, highly technical, fast-moving team building infrastructure and intelligence systems around some of the most valuable healthcare datasets in the world.

We’re hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer to help architect and build the core systems behind the platform.


What You’ll Work On

• AI-powered search and semantic retrieval

• Agentic workflows and intelligent tooling

• Natural-language interfaces over massive healthcare datasets

• LLM systems, evaluation pipelines, and ranking infrastructure

• MongoDB architectures across billions of records

• Streaming AI experiences in React

• Embeddings, vector search, and analytics systems


You’ll work directly with the founder on architecture, product direction, and core technical decisions.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who likes solving hard engineering problems and building real production AI systems — not just stitching APIs together.


What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of software engineering experience

• Strong experience building production AI / LLM systems

• JavaScript / TypeScript expertise

• Comfortable across React, Node.js, and MongoDB

• Strong understanding of:

* Retrieval systems
* Prompt engineering
* Agent architecture
* Evaluation frameworks
* AI system design

• Ability to move quickly, think independently, and build scalable systems from ambiguous problems

• Experience working with large, messy datasets and turning them into reliable product experiences

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential — this role involves frequent live collaboration with the team and clear communication is extremely important


Nice to Have

• Healthcare data experience (claims, HCP, NPI, EHR, Open Payments, etc.)

• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases at scale

• Background building agentic systems or tool-using AI workflows

• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or enterprise security standards

• Startup or founding engineer experience

This is a remote role, but candidates must work UK business hours and be comfortable collaborating closely with the team on Zoom throughout the week.
