A prestigious Top 50 UK law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (5 PQE) to join its highly regarded Professional Indemnity team in Liverpool. With a strong pipeline of high-profile work and a reputation for excellence in insurance litigation, this is an outstanding opportunity for a PI specialist to step into a key leadership role. You will act for leading national and international insurers, defending claims brought against construction professionals including architects, engineers, design & build contractors, and surveyors. The role offers a mix of autonomy, support, and career progression in a collaborative, well-established team. What You'll Be Doing: Managing complex, high-value professional indemnity claims, often with a construction focus. Acting in litigated matters in the TCC and other courts, as well as mediations and arbitrations. Advising insurers on coverage and strategy. Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development. Supporting business development and maintaining client relationships. What We're Looking For: UK qualified solicitor with 5 years' PQE in professional indemnity litigation. Strong experience defending construction-related claims.
