Team Overview
LaSalle Global Solutions ("GS") manages approximately US$13bn in client capital and invests with local managers and operating partners across the world. Role and Accountabilities
* Analyse real estate data at property, fund, portfolio and market level
* Manage the due diligence process for new investments
* Manage existing investments, meeting with managers, conducting asset inspections, and regularly updating buy/hold/sell analysis
* Assist Portfolio Managers with formulating mandate strategies and the day‑to‑day management of client portfolios
* Support Portfolio Managers with client presentations and meetings
* Contribute to, and draft, both internal and external reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience
* 6-7 years experience; fluency in English and an additional European language is preferred
* BSc or ideally a master’s degree in an analytical discipline, preferably Property, Finance, or Investment related
* Knowledge and understanding of the real‑estate investment industry
* Previous work experience in real‑estate, ideally either finance or investment focus
* Intermediate Excel skills
* An analytical approach with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Good communication skills, both written and spoken
