Telephony Complaints Support Handlers
Salary - £160 per day (Inside IR35)
Rochdale/ hybrid
We’re supporting a client with motor finance remediation complaints activity.
This role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, case logging, customer updates, and basic complaint handling.
Key responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
* Provide case updates and log activity accurately
* Support complaint handling and workflows
* Escalate complex cases when required
Must haves:
* Telephony-based customer service / complaints admin experience
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in a regulated financial services environment
* Previous experience logging complaints on the phone
Details:
* £160 per day (Inside IR35)
* Hybrid – 2 days in the office (Rochdale)
* Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm
* 6-month contract
