Client Relationship and Business Development Marketing - National Law Firm - Up to £65,000
We are partnering with a leading legal firm in Liverpool to find a talented Client Relationship & Business Development Manager. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll help the firm strengthen key client relationships and drive growth initiatives across their business.
What you'll be doing
* Work closely with senior client partners to develop strategies that grow long-term relationships and deliver tangible results.
* Lead initiatives within the firm’s Generator programme, ensuring projects and campaigns meet client needs and business objectives.
* Coach and support colleagues, helping senior teams improve client engagement and account management practices.
* Provide insight for bids, pitches, and proposals, ensuring responses are compelling and aligned with client priorities.
* Keep stakeholders informed with up-to-date intelligence, reporting, and market insights to drive informed decision-making.
* Build and maintain external networks to generate new opportunities and strengthen the firm’s market presence.
What we're looking for
* Strong background in business development or client management, ideally within legal or professional services.
* Proven experience managing strategic clients, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
* Commercially minded, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in managing complex relationships.
* Organised, flexible, and resilient, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Strong commercial awareness and the drive to exceed targets
