The King Street Brew House is an urban style city centre pub with its very own micro-brewery creating an amazing range of both cask and keg beers. This eclectic range is complemented by an ever changing array of guest craft brews from the local area, UK and the USA. The King Street Brew House is situated on the cobbled street corner of King Street and Welsh Back waterside, close to theatres and in the midst of a vibrant mix of restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. We serve a delicious selection of pizzas and nibbles all day and evening.

What you’ll be doing as a General Manager :
20. Getting the best out of your team and inspiring them to develop their own careers
21. Growing the business, driving sales, and making connections with the local community
22. Coaching and mentoring team members and managers
23. Taking responsibility for sales, profit, and customer experience targets
24. Day to day administration such as sales planning, scheduling, ordering, cellar management, and stock control
25. Running shifts, ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members
26. Ensuring product and service standards
27. Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
28. Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards and ensuring all alcohol licensing requirements are observed
29. Support the Head Brewer in the brewing of cask and keg beers for the venue
