An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician/Service Technician within a well-established and reputable franchise dealership located in Newcastle. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician/Service Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative. Benefits: Basic Salary up to c. £32,000 tailored to your experience with the potential to earn up to c.£40,600 OTE. Work-life Balance: A Monday to Friday workweek with only 1 Saturday per month. Job Security & Career Progression State-of-the-Art Facilities Ongoing Training & Development Duties include but are not limited to: Carry out general repairs, ensuring vehicles meet safety and environmental regulations. Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to a high standard. Provide clear and concise reports and communicate directly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance. Work as part of a team to meet targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements: A fully qualified Automotive Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent). Experience in a Dealership environment is desirable. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The salary of this role is up to £32,000 basic with OTE of £40,600. Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday workweek with only 1 Saturday per month.
