About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site, supporting both operational efficiency and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine cleaning and housekeeping duties in line with cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures
Clean meeting rooms, office spaces, manufacturing areas, and welfare facilities using appropriate equipment and cleaning materials
Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed accurately and on time
Remove waste daily and dispose of it according to the correct waste streams
Maintain cleaning storage areas, ensuring they are tidy and well stocked
Work collaboratively with team members and follow direction from supervisors and management
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of equipment and personal protective equipment
Report hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly

Use all cleaning materials and equipment safely and in accordance with instructions
Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others
