Assistant Centre Manager Required for a busy Fastfit Centre in Dumfries

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive service centre in Kilmarnock for the position of Assistant Centre Manager. Duties you will do as an Assistant Centre Manager:
10. Assist the Centre Manager with the smooth running of the service centre
11. Help manage workloads, staffing levels, and operational targets
12. Monitor and control stock levels effectively
13. Ensure health and safety standards are always maintained
14. Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve high standards
15. Provide excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone
16. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Candidate requirements for the Assistant Centre Manager role:
17. Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the automotive or fast-fit sector
18. Strong leadership and organisational skills
19. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
20. Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
21. Full UK driving licence
