A bit about the job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Third-party Security (TPS) team as the go to specialist for supplier and client security onboarding.
You'll work closely with internal teams, external partners and Aviva suppliers to make sure new and existing third parties meet our security standards from day one.
You'll carry out security assessments, review controls, support supplier and client due diligence, and provide clear, expert guidance to stakeholders across the business.
Your work will help us identify and manage third-party risks, strengthen Aviva's security posture and support our wider Cyber Security strategy.
Skills and experiencewe'relooking for:
* Contract &third-partysecurity oversight: Confident reviewing and negotiating security clauses and assessing the security controls of third-party vendors.
* Information security & risk management: Skilled at carrying out security assessments, spotting risks early and putting forward workable mitigation plans.
* Compliance & standards knowledge: A good understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST and similar regulatory or industry frameworks.
* Communication & stakeholder engagement: Strong communicator who can build relationships, collaborate effectively and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Technical & operational excellence: Able to manage several assessments at once, with strong Microsoft 365 skills (including workbooks, formulas, macros, charts and tables).

* Salary Circa: £60000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications).
