Responsibilities
* Uphold food safety, legal, and quality standards of 2SFG, customers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
* Complete routine and non‑routine assessments in the factory environment to ensure compliance with all codes of practice.
* Coach, train, advise and support factory operations teams on non‑conformance and deviation to specification.
* Act as the site Subject Matter Expert on key technical disciplines.
Qualifications
* Solid level of computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Knowledge of quality management.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Food Safety Level 3 certification.
* HACCP Level 3 certification.
* Allergen Management knowledge.
* Root Cause Analysis expertise.
* Conflict resolution skills.
* Assertiveness.
* Time management.
Working Hours and Compensation
Night shift (18:00‑06:00) with a 4‑on/4‑off shift rotation.
Pay: £14.88 per hour plus a 10% night shift allowance between 22:00 and 06:00.
