The Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel situated in Nottingham is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the stable kitchen team. The hotel is extremely busy catering for leisure and conferences along with a fresh food restaurant and lounge bar. As Chef de Partie you will need to ensure that your section is fully prepared for the busy service times and be confident running your section. Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Chef in a high volume kitchen environment is essential for the role. The ability to perform to the high standards the senior chefs expect whilst also running your section without compromising cooking standards is an important aspect to the position.
