Quality & Safety Trainer with Fire Experience
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training such as BLS, PM&H, and Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Children's Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to step back into the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.
Main duties of the job
* Support internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring compliance with the TLE Quality Assurance process.
* Maintain the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue, ensuring all information is current.
* Participate in relevant clinical and Quality and Safety training projects and programmes.
* Support education, development, and support for SMEs delivering learning interventions.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements in learning provision.
* Manage own workload with excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational, and time management skills, including effective travel planning.
* Assist in training needs analysis to identify demand for learning interventions prior to development.
