They’re now looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to spearhead growth across the UK, Europe, and international markets — strengthening key partnerships and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
The Role:
As Sales Director, you’ll take ownership of the 12V/24V business channels, shaping and executing the sales strategy to accelerate growth and market share across both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a dynamic growth strategy for UK and global markets
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within 12V & 24V lighting sectors
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional sales professionals
* Build a collaborative, high-performance sales culture focused on results
* Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with OEMs, including trailer manufacturers, van converters, and specialist vehicle producers
* Negotiate commercial terms and long-term agreements to drive profitability and sustainability
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to shape future strategy
* Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to align customer needs with business capabilities
* Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across the UK and Europe
Experience Required:
* Proven track record in senior sales leadership within commercial vehicle, automotive lighting, or aftermarket sectors
* Strong knowledge and network within UK and European OEMs
* Experience managing and developing a multi-market sales team
* Commercially astute with excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills
* Excellent communicator and relationship-builder — confident with both customers and internal teams
* Driven, results-focused, and solutions-oriented, with a proactive “can-do” mindset
* Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe
