This role is responsible for defining, implementing, and driving QA strategy and maturity across Cyber teams, ensuring consistent testing standards, governance, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
They will partner closely with the Cyber QA Lead to embed best practices, improve automation adoption, and track quality performance through metrics and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Governance
1. Define and deliver:Testing StrategyQA Maturity FrameworkQA standards, processes, methodologies, and tooling
2. Align QA practices with business goals and Cyber delivery objectives
3. Drive consistency across multiple teams and regions
QA Maturity & Continuous Improvement
4. Lead maturity assessments and define remediation plans
5. Improve QA capability across:Automation adoptionPerformance & stress testing practices
6. Cover both:In-house applicationsThird-party systems
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
7. Support the Cyber QA Lead in executing the QA vision
8. Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
9. Translate complex data into clear insights (trend analysis, outliers)
Training & Enablement
10. Define and deliver QA training programs
11. Coach teams on best practices and tool usage
12. Promote adoption of QA tools and frameworks
Audit, Compliance & Metrics
13. Define standards for audit-ready testing evidence (regulated environment)
14. Track QA adoption through:MetricsDashboards

Experience
16. 6+ years in QA / Testing
