Quality Control Executive As a Quality Control Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Assurance department across a range of responsibilities, ensuring products meet regulatory and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities * Review and approve product packaging artworks, ensuring compliance with regulations and branding guidelines * Update packaging with product instructions, safety information, and mandatory warnings * Approve pre-production samples for new products * Investigate and resolve product quality issues and respond to product-related customer enquiries * Conduct quality control checks on incoming goods * Provide technical QC support to the Buying and Sales teams, including handling customer calls * Liaise with overseas suppliers to maintain quality standards and address issues * Monitor and report on supplier performance * Investigate causes of high product returns or damages and recommend improvements * Manage the registration of own-brand trademarks Skills & Experience * Ideally 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced quality control or quality assurance environment * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to record-keeping * Excellent written English and proofreading skills to ensure documentation is grammatically correct and professional * Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and general IT systems * Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a professional manner
