Chef Supervisor - Full Time ?? Belfast Reed is recruiting an experienced Chef Supervisor for a full-time, site-based catering role in Belfast. This is a hands-on leadership position with strong daytime hours and excellent pay. Role Details 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm 1 in 4 Saturdays (paid as overtime) £17.05 per hour Free parking & free EV charging Key Responsibilities Preparing and supervising high-quality food service Menu planning, ordering, and stock control Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, COSHH, and allergen controls Managing food costs, portion control, and waste Daily till, safe, and monthly banking procedures Supervising, training, and motivating kitchen staff Updating digital menus and supporting occasional events Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Chef Supervisor / Managing Chef Strong food safety and health & safety knowledge Proven leadership experience in a professional kitchen Financial awareness including budget and stock control Relevant culinary qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent) What's On Offer Stable full-time position with daytime hours Overtime paid at enhanced rates Career progression opportunities Supportive team environment Employee benefits package# Why Join Us?
