With a strong focus on developing commercial business opportunities, this role offers the chance to work with facilities management companies, contractors and key commercial customers, while also managing and developing high‑value key accounts.

Role Responsibilities
* Internal Sales: Manage inbound enquiries, quotations, order processing and customer follow‑ups.
* Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new commercial business opportunities, particularly within facilities management and contractor markets.
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
* Customer Service: Deliver a consistently high level of service across phone and email communication.
* Product Support: Advise customers on heating parts and product solutions.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure excellent customer outcomes and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience within the heating, plumbing or related industry would be ideal
* Internal sales, trade counter or customer‑facing sales experience
* Ideally a commercial background or experience dealing with contractors, facilities management companies or commercial customers
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* A proactive and commercially minded approach
