We are seeking motivated individuals with a competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset to join our team of specialist sales consultants across sectors like Government, Tech, Engineering, and Life Sciences worldwide.
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Specializing in either the IT Benelux market or Engineering UK/EU, with no prior experience necessary.
2. Building a client and candidate portfolio from scratch through cold calling and pitching.
3. Developing long-term relationships with candidates and sourcing roles via various communication channels.
4. Creating strategies to target new key clients.
5. Enhancing your sales and recruitment skills within your core sector.
6. Advertising and building a personal network.
7. Engaging in sales activities, emphasizing that recruitment is fundamentally sales.
