What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
* Support the Manager with stock control, staff rotas, and training.
* Keep standards high by ensuring cleaning schedules are followed.
* Operate tills, handle cash, and explore upselling opportunities.
* Serve food and drinks while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Share your menu knowledge with customers and train new starters. Previous supervisory experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you!
* Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
