We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to join our Flex Force team. You will receive full training and will be part of a supportive, people‑focused environment that values kindness, curiosity, compassion, creativity, courage and dependability.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing and assistance with meals.
* Assist residents with limited mobility and ensure their safety and comfort.
* Take responsibility for the overall well‑being of residents on‑site and off‑site.
* Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, complete required safeguarding training, and report concerns when necessary.
* Work within the HC‑One Way, supporting residents to live with dignity and individuality.
Qualifications & Experience
* Full right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
* Good communication skills, empathy, reliability and a positive attitude.
* A driving licence with access to a vehicle is advantageous but not essential.
* Comfortable using technology and keen to learn.
