We are partnering with a highly innovative technology company that is a leader in the entertainment industry, to find a top-tier Full Stack Developer to join their team. This is a critical role responsible for delivering end-to-end features and enhancements for a cutting-edge software platform. The role reports directly to the client's Head of Development.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful Full Stack Developer, you will be crucial in all phases of development, from design to deployment:
* Design and implement full stack features, utilizing React + Vite for the frontend and a separate Node.js based API on the backend.
* Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the application.
* Maintain and improve existing codebases.
* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
* Work with Product Managers and Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
* Collaborate with QA to ensure the testability and quality of features.
* Participate actively in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
* Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.
* Contribute to internal technical documentation to support maintainability and cross-team understanding.
1. Required Skills and Experience
* Strong experience with both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js) development.
* Strong understanding of web technologies and architecture.
* Strong understanding of database technologies, particularly PostgreSQL.
* Full stack Fluency and System Thinking—the ability to understand how frontend and backend components interact within a larger architecture.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
2. Desirable Skills
* Experience with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.
* Familiarity with the cinema or entertainment industry.
* Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German.
