In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping our Procurement Team enhance its efficiency by overseeing and managing procurement processes and organisational aspects. You'll be responsible for handling activities related to procurement technology solutions and processes, as well as providing valuable insights and key performance indicators for our Procurement function. Manage e-procurement tools, providing user support and data updates Organise the bi-annual supplier conference and annual supplier awards Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, spend analysis, and database management Coordinate team meetings and create monthly performance updates with KPIs and initiative tracking Conduct Tableau reporting for indirect spend Support key Procurement initiatives as needed Act as process owner and key contact for PCAD and Trade Agreement price uploads Provide support for P2P reporting and D365 administration Assist in implementing strategies to achieve annual targets Communicate key procurement activities through newsletters and team calendars Develop and enhance the induction process for new starters Manage the procurement intranet site Requirements Non-negotiables Ability to manage changing priorities with excellent time management skill Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships A desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced customer centric team Be inquisitive and have energy and passion to challenge the status-quo with the mindset of continuous improvement An interest in procurement process and technology with a keen eye for detail Alignment to Weetabix values Are always curious to finding new ways to do business!
