Laminator Operative Packaging
Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Hours: 40 hrs/week, 4pm-12am
Pay: £13.46 per hour (DOE)
Start: Immediate
Were looking for an experienced Laminator Operative to work for a busy packaging company. You will set up, operate, clean, and carry out basic maintenance on lamination machines, ensuring production and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
* Set up and run laminating machines
* Load/unload materials and complete production checks
* Carry out pre-run testing and quality inspections
* Follow production schedules and complete documentation in Microsoft Dynamics
* Perform cleaning and preventative maintenance
* Report quality and food safety issues
Requirements
* Experience in lamination/production/printing setup
* Understanding of lamination processes
* Ability to use rulers, gauges, micrometers
* Good communication skills and basic IT skills
* Awareness of food safety standards
