Personal Assistant Needed – Crawley No Personal Care Ref: LR9021 Location: Crawley Details This role is to support a Woman Drivers licence required: No Employment status: Employed Hours per week: 6 hours a week ideally 2x 3hours days and shift times by mutual agreement Hourly pay rate: £12.71 - We are looking for a friendly and reliable Personal Assistant to support our daughter in her early twenties living in Crawley. This is a rewarding opportunity to help her build independence and confidence while enjoying activities she loves. The role involves working 6 hours per week, ideally split into two 3-hour shifts, with days and times to be mutually agreed. The support will mainly focus on getting out and about using public transport, encouraging independence, and helping her feel more confident in the community. You will also accompany her to activities and support her in planning enjoyable outings. She is a happy and sociable young woman with a keen interest in movies and a passion for collecting Barbie dolls. She is currently studying stop motion animation part-time and enjoys creative pursuits. At times she can be sensitive to noise, so it is important that the person supporting her is calm, patient, and understanding. We are looking for someone who is kind, dependable, and encouraging, with a positive attitude and good communication skills. You should feel comfortable using public transport and be willing to support her in building confidence and independence at her own pace.
