Graduate Engineer Opportunity – 6-Month Contract (Worcester, On-Site)
A leading medical device client is looking for a Manufacturing / Engineering Support Engineer to join their team on a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.
This is a great opportunity for a recent engineering / biomedical engineering or maintenance-focused graduate to apply their technical knowledge, support live production, and drive real process improvements in a regulated, hands-on environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Support daily manufacturing operations across multiple processes
* Assist with equipment maintenance and TPM activities
* Apply up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and safety practices (ISO 45001, COSHH / Risk Assessments)
* Identify and support process improvement initiatives
