This position is with a leading FinTech bank in London and it's a huge priority for the business. You'll work closely with over 80 developers in the business to help them utilise AI coding tools like Codex, Claude etc.
You'll help develop prototypes and POCs, looking at ways of getting the best out of the vibe coding tools. It's important for you to have come from a technical engineering background but nowadays prefer the strategic side in technology as this role won't necessarily have a lot of engineering involved.
From a comp perspective, you can earn up to £120,000 plus a discretionary bonus and benefits. You can go into the office 2-3 days per week.
