Salary: up to £32,130 per annum.
Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. The team completes over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fits 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes, and is looking to grow with new projects and opportunities.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
All our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
Day to Day Duties
* Asbestos: coordinate with the client, complete removal forms, and ensure receipt of the completion pack before scheduling tenant appointments.
* Scaffolding: coordinate with the client, liaise with scaffolders, roofing contractors and residents in a timely manner; provide daily updates on the tracker for weekly meetings.
* Manage operatives’ diaries for a geographical area, including outbound calls to tenants.
* Handle correspondence with clients promptly via e‑mail.
Role Criteria
* Previous experience in compliance is desirable but not essential.
* Eye for detail.
* Strong customer service ethos.
* IT literate.
* Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure.
