Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Centre Reception and Administrative Officer to be part of a team supporting the future needs of the organisation through supporting the reception team and carrying out administrative tasks and delivering good customer service.

Job responsibilities include:

* Communicating appropriately and effectively with students who have significant communication difficulties using media, spoken, sign, written, gestural and intuitive.
* Communicating appropriately with colleagues and visitors.
* Being able to seek out information and disseminate to others.
* Being able to take accurate, clear and concise minutes of meetings.
* Being able to communicate appropriately with colleagues, suppliers, and external agencies
* Being able to operate a range of office equipment such as photocopiers, laminators etc.
* Knowledge of Microsoft applications and other data bases to produce a variety of letters, documents etc.

Candidate profile:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to prioritise your own workload.
* Experience of working within a team.
* Able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Role information:

* Salary: (FTE £30,985 - £34,777 per annum)
* Contract type: Interim
* Contract length: 3 months
* Working hours: 36 hours per week
* Location: Bermondsey
