The Crown, Tolldown, is a 16th-century traditional pub and inn set amidst the stunning Gloucestershire countryside. Located near Dyrham Park and easily accessible from Bath, the M4, and Bristol Airport, it offers an ideal base for exploring the local area, weekend breaks, and business trips. The inn features 9 boutique en-suite rooms with comfortable furnishings.
Our menu focuses on locally sourced, seasonal dishes and innovative takes on pub classics. Behind the bar, we offer a wide range of real ales, craft beers, lagers, and ciders from our award-winning brewery, Butcombe, along with a classic cocktail menu.
Inside, you'll find cozy interiors with rustic charm, including wooden floors, plush carpets, and large open fireplaces, along with relaxed dining spaces suitable for both intimate meals and larger gatherings.
We are very dog-friendly, child-friendly, and wheelchair accessible, with a beautiful sun-trap beer garden perfect for outdoor dining and drinking.
Located in the Cotswolds AONB, we are a great stop while visiting local attractions such as Dyrham Park, Lansdown Golf Club, Bath Rugby, or walking the Cotswold Way.
